Tijdens de voorbije editie van Monday Night RAW werd bekend dat Vince McMahon, de eigenaar van WWE, zondag tijdens Payback bekend zal maken wie de controle over RAW krijgt, Stephanie McMahon & Triple H of Shane McMahon.
